Salary: $15 - 18 per hour + Ascendo BenefitsReference: FTL A&F/MAscendo Resources is looking to fill a role for Customer Service Representatives!Responsibilities:Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound methods including but not limited to: Emails, Calls, Live ChatMulti-tasking using multifunctional software tools.Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, returns and other order functions on the E-Commerce sitesEffective listening and empathy skills to work with diverse customers with a wide range of challenges to achieve first resolution.Effective discovery and proactive skills to uncover hidden customer needs.Self-driven with active ability to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and achieve results.Experienced in a high-volume trouble ticketing function environment.Experienced in a call center environment with departmental measurable KPIs such as but not limited to: Adherence, ACW, Resolution time, etc.QUALIFICATIONS (Experience, education, certifications, general knowledge, skills, and abilities)High School diploma.
