Position Summary: Stratos Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with a technical background and a passion for high-end construction. This role requires a strong technological acumen, a high energy level, and an excellent attitude to support and execute multiple construction projects for prestigious clients. The Associate Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various project stages to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities: · Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers to assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects. · Client Communication: Maintain high standards of client service by building and sustaining relationships with elite clientele, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely updates. · Technology Utilization: Employ advanced construction management software and tools to track project progress, maintain schedules, and manage budgets. · Site Oversight: Conduct on-site visits to assess progress, ensure quality standards, and support construction teams in addressing any issues. · Documentation: Manage project documentation, including permits, change orders, schedules, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. · Budget Management: Support the Project Manager in tracking project budgets, preparing cost estimates, and managing expenses to avoid overruns. · Multitasking: Handle multiple project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and any potential risks are mitigated promptly. Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred. · Experience: 1-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within high-end residential or commercial construction. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite. · Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-level clients and team members. · Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in all phases of construction. · High Energy & Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude and high energy to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. · Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
