You do this by acting in the role of the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager. You are a people leader, developing your ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets and growth goals. You are enthusiastic about the product and presentation of your store, staying up to date on trends, and supporting the education of the store team to do the same.     • High School Diploma/GED.
    • At least 1 year of sales experience (retail sales preferred).
    • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people.
    • Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates.
    • Ability to train, coach, and develop Associates.
    • Strong cognitive skills, including problem solving and decision making.
    • Advanced working knowledge of general retail practices.
    • Flexible schedule availability.
    • Basic computer skills.Physical Requirements and/or Environment:
      • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
      • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
