Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 12 beds
Number of Staff 5-8 Type of staff: Director, permanent staff, 2-3
RRT s, per diem help Day Shift Director, lead RRT, 2-3 RRT Night
Shift On-call team, varies on volume Patient Ratios 1:1, 2:1 Type
of equipment Oxygen cylinders and concentrators, nebulizer, suction
machine, CPAP & BIPAP machines EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered
for the role. BLS, ACLS, & PALS are an ABSOLUTE MUST 2 years of
current acute care Hospital RRT experience Preferred or nice to
have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Stroke
Education and experience & NRP Director prefer to only consider
candidates with previous Meditech experience List typical
procedures performed on unit(s): Respiratory Therapist provides
treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory
insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, emphysema Best personality Fit:
Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus,
fast paced Active disciplinary approach, collaborative physician
relationships Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not
