Ideal candidates will have more than 5 years of experience and excellent writing, analytical and research skills. The firm offers flexibility, no minimum billable hours and there is potential to develop a bonus structure based on performance. This is a full time, onsite position at their Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Qualifications: Must be a Florida barred attorney, currently in good standing with more than 5 years of experience Must be a seasoned litigator with experience in consumer protection and FCRA Proficient writer with experience preparing pleadings, discovery/discovery responses, motions, and other court/litigation documents Ability to interact with attorneys, support staff, opposing counsel, court personnel and clients in a professional, courteous manner Excellent writing, analytical and research skills
