Position Summary:

A busy executive couple with a beautiful Miami residence would like to hire an experienced, professional and highly-organized Personal Assistant who isn't afraid to 'roll up their sleeves' and work alongside their established team. Significant event planning/hospitality experience preferred.



  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the principals.
  • Serve as air traffic controller for the principals, keeping them on track and organized on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis; maintain and monitor calendar, schedule, tasks, and call lists.
  • Field calls, respond to requests, and serve as gatekeeper.
  • Help support travel planning in coordination with their travel agent.
  • Manage vendors and contractors working to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Liaise with the principals' domestic staff and help them establish procedures and elevate standards.
  • Help coordinate occasional business, social and family events and celebrations.
  • Handle personal tasks for the principal, including picking up dry cleaning, buying flowers, holiday gifting, arranging meals, making reservations, and running errands.
  • Other tasks as requested.



    The right candidate will have prior experience working for a private principal, CEO/Founder, or in a luxury hospitality management role. The right person for this position will be a great listener, highly organized, efficient, and a self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates who exercise discretion, display independent judgement and are anticipatory to the needs of the principals will do well in this role. The principals are looking for a professional with exceptional communication skills who can pivot quickly. Successful candidates will enjoy managing all the details of both intimate and large-scale events. The candidate must be comfortable working in a home with pets and small children. The candidate must be happy to drive in Miami and have a valid driver's license. Ability to travel occasionally to a second home in central Florida a plus.



    This is a full-time, year-round position, generally five days/week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.



    Compensation of $150,000+ with benefits offered, commensurate with experience.
