Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Training & Development
Specialist, II.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and deliver technical and non-technical training to
employees across multiple locations
Coach employees on effective engagement with team members,
customers, and management
Provide evaluative feedback to trainers and assist in one-on-one
coaching to improve employee performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Human Resources,
Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a training and
development role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Ability to align training programs with organizational mission and
vision
Experience in coaching and providing constructive feedback
