Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive service to plan administrators, brokers, and
field partners across multiple lines of business
Develop and maintain expertise in voluntary benefits and group
administration to address inquiries effectively
Build strong relationships with clients and partners while
promoting digital tools to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of customer service experience required
Solid understanding of the marketplace and the value of brokers,
agents, and clients
Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
