Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual People Support
Specialist (Eng/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to employees via phone, email, or chat
Resolve inquiries related to pay, time away, and benefits with
accuracy and confidentiality
Manage employee support cases using Workday and ServiceNow
tools
Qualifications
Over 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' experience in employee support/HR or 4 years in
customer service support
Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS systems is required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and
Spanish at an advanced professional level (C1 or higher)
