Built to scale, Arise makes the way for a superior customer experience for innovative enterprises from startups to Fortune 500 companies. -- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, margin performance, and overall trending. Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends of the general business conditions, and other related areas. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. May conduct special financial and business related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses. Responsibilities Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting Implement and work with Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboards Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in Arise programs, pricing, and enterprise projects Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA highly preferred 5+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis Strong leadership skills required (Advanced) Hyperion and smartview is a must Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (index match, macro) Ad-hoc Access & SQL management/maintenance Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
